Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• In charge of documentation preparation of BQ, tender and awarding contract.
• Responsible on cost estimation, pre-contract and post-contract coordination.
• Responsible for preparing and submitting progress claims.
• Schedule and monitor cost control of each project.
• Liaise with client, consultant, sub-contractors and other parties involved in the project.
• Possess strong negotiation skills.
• Independent, resourceful and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Computer literate.
