Responsibilities:
- To assist Branch day to day operation.

Sales Operation
- Telesales
- Orders processing
- Stock check coordination and allocation
- AR and Cash Management
-
Accounting and Reporting
- To prepare Payment Voucher
- Petty cash and bank reconciliation
- To assist budget and PNL analysis
-
HR and Office Administration
- To handle office administration
- To assist branch staff affairs and HR related areas.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Finance/Accountancy.
- At least 1 year of working experience in accounts and accounts receivable
- Highly independent person with sense of urgency, responsibility & result-oriented.
- PC literate and knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, positive working attitude and willing to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
