accounts assistant

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Sarawak - Miri
Responsibilities:
  • To assist Branch day to day operation.
  • Sales Operation
    • Telesales
    • Orders processing  
    • Stock check coordination and allocation 
  • AR and Cash Management
    • Handling daily collection and reconciliation
    • Checking and offset customer accounts
    • Verify Customer Invoice and Credit Note and posting
    • Invoices sorting and filing 
    • AR reconciliation
    • Assist in AR meeting
    • Customer outstanding payment follow up      
    • Handling customer KIV orders
  • Accounting and Reporting
    • To prepare Payment Voucher
    • Petty cash and bank reconciliation
    • To assist budget and PNL analysis
  • HR and Office Administration
    • To handle office administration
    • To assist branch staff affairs and HR related areas. 
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Finance/Accountancy.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in accounts and accounts receivable
  • Highly independent person with sense of urgency, responsibility & result-oriented.
  • PC literate and knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, positive working attitude and willing to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
