M & E Cost Estimator

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in providing M & E cost estimating and cost control services for construction project.
• Clear understanding of how activities are performed, measuring production rates, estimating and project control processes.
• Must be able to understand and interpret M & E engineering drawings and specifications.
• Must have extensive hands-on knowledge of principles and concepts of cost engineering as they relate to budget, monitoring and tracking actual costs and forecasting.
• Co-ordinate with client, authorities, consultants and contractors.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
