Responsibilities:

Sales Executive

• Solicit and promote maximum sales of Easy by RHB products i.e. personal loan, ASB loan, debit card, insurance products and savings accounts
• Promote campaigns and communicate accurate information to the public
• Ensure high standard of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by the Bank
• Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Bank
• Ensure that the physical premise is well maintained in line with the quality and standards set by the Bank

Customer Service Clerk (Miri)

The Role:

Provide proactive and efficient service to walk-in customers and agency force

Attend to counter collections and payments

Accuracy in data entry

Senior Manager/Manager - Maintenance

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the overall plant maintenance and utilities services to ensure continuous and safe plant operation.
• Lead and manage sub-departments in the Facility Department.
• Provided leadership to other sub departmental heads in Facility Department.
• Prepare and manage plant wide maintenance in terms of work planning, work scheduling with production, and work execution, problem and performance analysis for continuous improvement.
• Prepare the maintenance budget and monitor work to ensure within approved budget.
• Develop an overall maintenance management system which include equipment maintenance and reliability, breakdown repair, spare parts inventory administration.

Senior Power Distribution Manager

Responsibilities: 

• Managing in coming raw energy and installation to support  up to 250 Megawatt (MW) to 400 Megawatt (MW) rectifiers is compulsory (from the Sarawak Energy Board -  SEB).
• Managing transformers to escalate to each production up to 1.5 MW and below.
• Managing electrical power plant installation and power distribution trouble shooting.

Sales Executive

Responsibilities: 

• To develop and retain new and existing customers
• Execute and manage company's marketing activities and sales targets

Marketing and Sales Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager

Responsible :

• Able to do market research and analysis, conceptualization and preparation of advertisement materials and writing of press releases.
• Able to do planning and implementation of the sales and marketing plan.
• To liaise with government authorities and advertising company.
• To prepare monthly marketing report.
• To coordinate and implement marketing related activities such as exhibitions, sales launching, events/ programmes and functions.

Production Executive

Responsible :

• Responsible for achieving optimum productivity on production floor & ensure production schedule & targets are meet on daily basis
• Manage all QA functions in the company to ensure that products & services delivered meet the quality requirements of customers.
• Monitor preliminary production results by location; test and sample product according to company policies. Follow through with conditioning and production locations on items falling out of specification (all non conforming product)  
• To troubleshoot any line down or product quality matters
• Prepare preventive maintenance schedule

Distributor Sales Representative - Automotive Lubricant

responsible :

• To develop and retain new and existing customers.
• Execute and manage company’s marketing activities & sales targets

Project Engineer

responsible

• To coordinate the site works progress and related works.
• Co-ordinate with site supervision team to resolve technical and construction issues at site.
• To ensure the work of contractors are executed in accordance to drawings and specifications.
• Ability to liaise with contractors and relevant government authorities.
• Assist in the preparation of progress measurements.
