Customer Service Clerk (Miri)


The Role:

  • Provide proactive and efficient service to walk-in customers and agency force
  • Attend to counter collections and payments
  • Accuracy in data entry


  • Our Requirements:
  • Minimum qualification of SPM or STPM with strong credit in English and Mathematics. Certificate/ Diploma in Business or Insurance related courses will be an added advantage
  • Preferably with 2 years of experience in customer service field 
  • Good command of spoken and written English Language and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Computer literate
