Customer Service Clerk (Miri)

The Role:

Provide proactive and efficient service to walk-in customers and agency force

Attend to counter collections and payments

Accuracy in data entry

Our Requirements:

Minimum qualification of SPM or STPM with strong credit in English and Mathematics. Certificate/ Diploma in Business or Insurance related courses will be an added advantage

Preferably with 2 years of experience in customer service field 

Good command of spoken and written English Language and Bahasa Malaysia

Good interpersonal and customer service skills

Computer literate
