Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 to 10 year(s) of working experience in plantation as Estate Manager.
- Able to control all phases and aspect of estate works, including manpower, agricultural practices, FFB production, budgeting accounts, stores, office procedures and management of cost of production.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Must be willing to be based in estates, Sarawak.
