Senior Sales Executive/Asst ManagerJohor Bahru (Johor), Penang, Kuantan (Pahang), Kuching (Sarawak)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for the channels assigned to ensure the market share growth.
- Create exciting programs to strengthen Samsung’s Leadership position in the trade.
- Work closely with marketing and operation team in ensuring execution excellence of all marketing and sales promotion activities
- Translate brand and trade strategy into detailed channel plans including trade segmentation, category management, and distribution in line with KPIs. Develop appropriate programs that best deliver on the sales target assigned
- Define spending allocations across channels in order to meet brand objectives, sales performance and budgets against agreed strategies and recommends corrective action when necessary
- Responsible for category management planning covering such aspects as shelf space planning, merchandising, inventory management, margin analysis so that it aids Samsung in its trade relationships as well as building brand equity and profitability in selected retail outlets. To use various analytical tools in developing category strategies and programs
- Liaise closely with marketing and operation team to ensure the most appropriate consumer communication plans as well as the most effective shelf space visibility at the POP
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of sales experience and from FMCG industry
- Able to speak major Chinese dialects will be an added advantage
