Responsibilities :
- To responsible for all aspects of palm oil mill related matters including management, planning, controlling, leading, organizing and managing people so as to ensure the whole operation are running smoothly, efficiently and cost effectively.
- To plan, organize, implement and control of mill processing and maintenance.
- To budgeting and control of mill expenditure and ensure maximum profitability of operation.
- To deals with relevant Government Bodies and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements :
- A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or related fields, preferably with Steam Engineers Certificate (Grade1).
- Minimum 5-10 years working experience in palm oil mill as Mill Manager.
- Possess strong leadership qualities and good communication skills, must be results orientated .
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Must be willing to work in palm oil mill, Miri.
