Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Establish & lead sales team to achieve sales objective.
2. Establish sales planning & strategy throughout the year to achieve goal & target determined by management.
3. Meet sales financial objective by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditure, analyzing variances & initiating corrective actions.
4. Maintain & expand customer base by building & training sales team, building & maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities.
5. Keep track of profit & loss by monitoring expenditure and cost effectiveness on day-to-day operation.
6. A team player to work with the existing management team to meet company objective.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.                                  
•  Required Skills : Marketing activities coordination sales & channel management, event & project management, Recruitment & Placement, MS Powerpoint.
• Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 5-8 years of working experience is required for this position. Experience in this field will be helpful.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Kuching. Travelling to Petaling Jaya for management meeting is required on request basis.
• Preferably Senior Manager specializing in Marketing/Business Development  or equivalent.
