Responsibilities:
- To manage the overall project management activities and ensure products/works are completed within the stipulated period, with acceptable quality and within the allocated cost.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 year(s) of working experience in building and infrastructure project management with sound technical knowledge and project management track record, preferably in highrise building/hotel/commercial construction
- Involvement in project planning and feasibility studies.
- Possess strong leadership skill to lead and motivate site staff
- Excellent command of both oral and writen English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Good Presentation skills
- Good client and people management skills; effective liaison with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities to deliver project on time
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written
- Possess high degree of integrity and professionalism and able to perform effectively in multi-functional roles
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Possess drive, initiative and work commitment
- Strong team player
- Willing to work in Kuching, Sarawak
