Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall plant maintenance and utilities services to ensure continuous and safe plant operation.
- Lead and manage sub-departments in the Facility Department.
- Provided leadership to other sub departmental heads in Facility Department.
- Prepare and manage plant wide maintenance in terms of work planning, work scheduling with production, and work execution, problem and performance analysis for continuous improvement.
- Prepare the maintenance budget and monitor work to ensure within approved budget.
- Develop an overall maintenance management system which include equipment maintenance and reliability, breakdown repair, spare parts inventory administration.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or any related discipline in Engineering.
- Those without the above qualification but with extensive Management experience are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum ten (10) years experience in managing work for a heavy industry.
- Able to develop and execute a maintenance program.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be added advantage as the job requires interfacing with China personnel.
