Marketing and Sales Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager

Responsible :

• Able to do market research and analysis, conceptualization and preparation of advertisement materials and writing of press releases.
• Able to do planning and implementation of the sales and marketing plan.
• To liaise with government authorities and advertising company.
• To prepare monthly marketing report.
• To coordinate and implement marketing related activities such as exhibitions, sales launching, events/ programmes and functions.

Requirement :

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Studies or equivalent.
• 6 years (Manager), 3 years (Assistant Manager) or 1-2 years (Executive) experience in either property, banking or retail industry. Those with experience in marketing and sales of prestigious residential and commercial properties is an added advantage.
• Good command of English, Mandarin/ Chinese and BM.
• Pleasant personality and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self motivated, dynamic and results oriented.
