DISTRICT SALES MANAGERS (MIRI)
Miri (Sarawak) - Miri
Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales account managers to promote digital multi-function systems (with print, copy, fax, scan and email functions) and related solutions to potential customers in corporate & government sectors.
  • Plan, manage and monitor corporate accounts sales staff’s daily activities.
  • Review manpower requirement in the team and recruit potential sales Account Managers for the team.
  • Strengthen the corporate accounts and sales team to ensure high level sales achievement and better account penetration. Plan and conduct continuous development activities to enhance sales team’s product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from your superior from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Degree/ Diploma holder with minimum 5 years sales experience in Office Automation / IT Solutions
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales management with proven track of sales records.
  • Knowledge and experience in corporate & government sectors will be added advantages.
  • Results-driven with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, great presentation skills and negotiation skills and strong business acumen.
