personal banker


Job Responsibilities:
  • As a Personal Banker, you are expected to proactively build business by actively acquiring new to bank customers, retaining and increasing customer product holdings to contribute to the branch profitability.
  • To contribute to the branch and Retail Banking & Wealth Management business profitability by consistently achieving individual and branch sales targets.
  • To identify and match customers' financial needs according to their different life stages and provide solutions using our Bank's product range. 
  • To build rapport and establish customer needs.
Job Requirements:
  • Fresh Degree holder with keen interest in Sales or diploma holder with minimum 1 year sales experience in Financial Industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with sound persuasive ability.
  • A team player with an energetic and flexible working style.
  • Aggressive and results oriented.
  • Self motivated and able to work independently.
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
