Marine Safety Coordinator
Sarawak - Miri
Responsibilities:

To advise the management on Health, Safety, Security and Environment
matters, and technical issues surrounding vessel safety and security
management, primarily relating to the ISM Code, ISPS Code, SOLAS,
MARPOL, STCW and Jabatan Laut Malaysia.

To help ensure, on a day-to-day basis that all vessels operate in a
safe manner and effectively comply with all relevant international and
national maritime requirements.

To advise the management, and other departmental managers and
supervisors on the measures to be taken in the interests of the safety
and health, environment and security onboard vessels, including
improvements in day-to-day operations.
