Responsibilities :

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the overall plant maintenance and utilities services to ensure continuous and safe plant operation.
• Lead and manage sub-departments in the Facility Department.
• Provided leadership to other sub departmental heads in Facility Department.
• Prepare and manage plant wide maintenance in terms of work planning, work scheduling with production, and work execution, problem and performance analysis for continuous improvement.
• Prepare the maintenance budget and monitor work to ensure within approved budget.
• Develop an overall maintenance management system which include equipment maintenance and reliability, breakdown repair, spare parts inventory administration.

Senior Power Distribution Manager

Responsibilities: 

• Managing in coming raw energy and installation to support  up to 250 Megawatt (MW) to 400 Megawatt (MW) rectifiers is compulsory (from the Sarawak Energy Board -  SEB).
• Managing transformers to escalate to each production up to 1.5 MW and below.
• Managing electrical power plant installation and power distribution trouble shooting.

Production Executive

Responsible :

• Responsible for achieving optimum productivity on production floor & ensure production schedule & targets are meet on daily basis
• Manage all QA functions in the company to ensure that products & services delivered meet the quality requirements of customers.
• Monitor preliminary production results by location; test and sample product according to company policies. Follow through with conditioning and production locations on items falling out of specification (all non conforming product)  
• To troubleshoot any line down or product quality matters

ISO & JIS Coordinator

Responsibilities:

To assist QMR for all ISO 9001:2008 & JIS implementation.Interact with the department/section heads/ leads to understand the existing process and document the same. Set and document workflow/ procedures for all department/section,attend quality  meeting, coordinate internal and external audits and focal point in developing quality plans.
