• Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• In charge of documentation preparation of BQ, tender and awarding contract.
• Responsible on cost estimation, pre-contract and post-contract coordination.
• Responsible for preparing and submitting progress claims.
