Responsibilities: 

• Provides onsite field consultation, implementation services & support to hospitals and clinics in Sibu, Sarawak.
• Responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshoot problems with computer systems, including hardware and software, security treats, network and peripheral equipment.
• Able to handle a challenging technical environment.
• Makes technical decision and support to the technical aspect of the projects
• Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software
• Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximaum access
• Perform other related duties as required during working hours

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of sales account managers to promote digital multi-function systems (with print, copy, fax, scan and email functions) and related solutions to potential customers in corporate & government sectors.
• Plan, manage and monitor corporate accounts sales staff’s daily activities.
• Review manpower requirement in the team and recruit potential sales Account Managers for the team.
• Strengthen the corporate accounts and sales team to ensure high level sales achievement and better account penetration. Plan and conduct continuous development activities to enhance sales team’s product knowledge and selling skills.
