Responsibilities:
- To manage, monitor, and responsible for overall construction activities until final account.
- To monitor on Work Method Statement and Job Safety Analysis.
- To resolve daily site issues in accordance to the approved time, design, and quality.
- To monitor on QA/QC works.
- To propose method of installation and technical specification on enginerring issues at sites.
- To supervise and give instruction to each site superintendent of sub-contractors.
- To monitor work progress of sub-contractors.
- Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Japanese client, consultants, construction team and sub-contractors.
- Translation and preparation of document, specification, drawing and etc.
- To bridge communication between Japanese staffs and local staffs at site.
- Able to meet the tight deadline, work under pressure and work independently.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, AutoCad.
- Required language(s): English, Japanese (JLPT Level 2 and above or equivalent)
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field / at construction site is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers /Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
