Responsibilities:
- Preparation of various schedules for management reports, year-end audit and annual tax submission.
- Assisting Finance Manager/Executives from time to time on accounts issue, data entry, update daily record, proper filing system and closing full set of accounts.
- Prepare payment for supplier and utilities bill.
- Provide general admin support as and when necessary.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma / LCCI in Accounting / Commerce or partial professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 year experiences.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and perform well under light deadlines.
- Efficient, conscientious and able to pay meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a lean structure with hands-on work style.
- Computer literate and with knowledge of MS Office Excel / World applications.
- Proficient in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
