LEGAL EXECUTIVE
Sarawak - Based in Kuching

Responsibilities:

• Provision of legal support to the business units.  Review, draft and negotiate corporate, commercial and technical agreements.
• Keep management abreast of latest development of relevant laws or regulations, and to advice on compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Must possess a Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Law or an equivalent discipline.
• Preferably called to the Bar with at least 4 years of working experience in corporate organization or legal firm.
• Independent, a keen eye for details and meticulous.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good computer literacy.
