Responsibilities:
- To understand customers’ business processes and recommend steps for improvement based on the best practices of the customers' industry
- To use the above information to implement a renowned Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
- To provide enduser training and system support of the ERP Software
- To work with the Account Manager in sales activities such as conducting system demo and presentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in any IT disciplines, preferably with knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Windows Server Platform.
- Experience in implementing / supporting financial accounting software / ERP software is an added advantage
- Possess good command of written and spoken English. Ability to communicate in other languages is an advantage.
- Possess good analytical & problem solving skills
- Able to work independently & interact with people of all levels
- Willing to work in Kuching and possess own transport
- Willing to travel as & when required
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
